350,000 tons of waste are produced every year with disposable tableware for to-go orders - we want to change that! With Vytal, you can order your food from Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats, the restaurant's own delivery service or another delivery service in our reusable containers. The main thing is that the restaurant partners with us. You can check if that's the case in our app. You may already know how to order food in Vytal locally, but the process is a bit different via delivery service. With external delivery services, a delivery token is required for this. This is a six-digit code that allows the restaurant to book the containers to your account before delivery. This is therefore mandatory to complete the order in Vytal. The delivery token is renewed every six days for security reasons, so please always use the current token - the comment field cannot be saved as default for this purpose.
Some restaurants also offer delivery or the option to pre-order by pickup directly in our app. To do this, enter your zip code in the search (the second icon at the bottom right) and filter there for the option "Pickup" for pre-order by pickup or "Delivery".
Add your desired products to the shopping cart. You can complete the order by selecting "Add to cart" and specifying the desired pick-up time. Then go to "Pay" to complete the order. The money will be deducted from your deposited payment method.

Click on "Pay now" to place the order.
With these options, all the necessary info is automatically transmitted and the restaurant can pack the order in Vytal and book the containers directly to your account. So no manual copying is necessary here.
If you still receive disposable plastic when ordering in Vytal (whether through us directly or through another delivery service), please report it to us using the option in our app. To do this, search for the affected restaurant in our app, go to the top right on the three white dots in the black circle and then on the item "Report a problem". Here you can report not only an error in the order, but also incorrect opening hours, a wrong address or problems with the return. We are grateful for any feedback, as this is the only way we and our partners can improve.
